How do we achieve that?
We focus on improving functional movements that are necessary and common in your daily activities.
It is important to us that you never get bored. With our constantly varied programming
you will rarely do the same workout twice in any given year. You will never have to program your own workouts
or spend hours in the gym. Instead, each day a workout will be provided for you that is scalable to suit your fitness level.
Our gym is very unique in that we have a wide variety of athletes from beginners
that have never had any athletic experience before, to recent college athletes!
Our I/O programming is varied based on where you are at and what your goals are.
We want you to come in and push yourself, but also learn proper technique while doing so.
Safety is what drives us first and foremost!

I/O Fit Boot Camp
It’s true, Olympic lifts aren’t for everyone. However we believe that being healthy and having a solid fitness routine should be for everyone. That’s why we are introducing I/O Fit Boot Camp, which is designed for people who are looking to challenge themselves with a quick, high intensity, boot camp style workout. The goal is to get you in, get you sweating and get you out all in 45-60 minutes. There'll be a heavy focus on functional bodyweight movements for all fitness levels, using light to moderate weight and no barbells, heavy lifting or highly technical movements.
No experience is necessary and all ages and fitness levels can walk in and begin. There is no Foundations classes and no long-term contract!
Our I/O Fit Boot Camp classes run on Tuesdays & Thursdays at 8:30am & 4:30pm and Saturdays at 8am only!

If you're new to Olympic lifting and ready to start, we require you to attend our Foundations program. Here you will learn about the correct form so you can get started safely and with confidence. When you join the main classes, the coaches will continue to work with you to help you develop your technique and increase the intensity of your workout.
These classes will be structured like our daily classes, but there will be more time spent on movements followed by a short WOD (Workout-of-the-Day), incorporating the skill of focus that day. We help you build your work capacity and get you comfortable with the movements so you are comfortable in our daily classes.
The Foundation program is a 2-week course which starts the first two weeks of every month. The classes are the first 2 Tuesdays and Thursdays of every month at 7:30pm. Each class runs about 1 hour or so in length. Every first Tuesday of every month, a new Foundations cycle begins.
One-on-One Personal Foundations is available.
We are fortunate to have guests from around the world drop in and train with us. We want you to make our gym your home away from home. (We do expect that you have Olympic lift experience before joining any of our classes. We are strict on this rule, so if you have any questions about this, please contact us before arriving for class)
If you are here for a casual drop in, the cost is $20. If you plan on training with us for an extended period of time, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We ask all of our new friends to pre-register for classes (we do this because we limit the number of athletes per class). Even if you plan on purchasing any apparel or a specific pass option you don't see available for online purchase, we still want you to reserve your spot by paying the drop-in rate online and completing the liability waiver prior to arrival.
Entering your credit card details and pre-purchasing your drop in fee is necessary prior to arrival. We see guests reserve spots and never attend. We'd like to avoid this as it takes away the opportunity for other guests and our members to attend. We accept all major credit cards, ACH withdrawal, and even cash (email us if bringing cash).
