I/O Coaches

Co-Owner / Coach

"As a mother of six and constantly working on my feet, I/O has helped me keep up with all of lifes demands.

I found a new level of energy and strength by doing I/O workouts that I previously thought was not possible to achieve.

I am beyond excited to help others

achieve a level of fitness that will help them become better at life!"

Co-Owner / Coach

"As a Lieutenant on a local police dept,

I have found that the I/O workouts help me to keep in shape to perform my duties and come home safely every night.

I/O is and has been a life changing experience. I love the fact that I can be a part of this experience with others and share this journey. Seeing the improvements of our athletes is something that continues to motivate me every single day."

Coach / Master Motivator

"Some progress is better than no progress. Now do the work and the inevitable will happen!"

"Throughout my med school training,

I was always being told about the importance of diet and exercise

and to encourage it with my patients.

However, as school progressed and became more demanding, I became more sedentary. I realized that if I was going to recommend a healthy lifestyle to my patients, I should listen to my own advice. I started CrossFit and was quickly hooked. Not only did I get a great workout in, I became part of a supportive community. I saw the positive impact it had on my life, and I decided I wanted to be able to share it with other people. I attended the CrossFit Level 1 Training Course and became a CrossFit trainer. I hope to be able to guide other athletes on their road to fitness, and as a future doctor in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, it is something I plan on incorporating into my practice to help patients on their road to recovery. I’m excited to work with you and help you work to reach your goals.""

"Being former military, I was constantly looking for ways to workout that were challenging and fun. I/O brings both aspects to every workout. I first started CrossFit out of my garage. Sure the workouts were tough, but I found that when you do it along side others, they help push you to go a little faster or a little harder to achieve what you thought wasn't possible. Everyone suffers together...in a good way. I became a coach so that I help others achieve their goals and help build a better community."

"Imported from Wisconsin, I moved to CLE a few years ago to become a postdoctoral fellow at the Cleveland Clinic.

I found CrossFit in 2011 and fell in love with how the core concepts translated scientifically and physically to everyday life. While the community engagement

always keeps me coming back for more, the impact CrossFit has had on my own struggles in life has been monumental. From a diagnosis with type 1 diabetes in 2012 and overcoming a debilitating back surgery the following year to now - preparing for motherhood -

CrossFit helps keep me healthy and overcome challenges in life.""

"Over the past 4+ years, CrossFit has positively enhanced all aspects of my life. The challenging workouts, the engaging community, and the physical changes are remarkable. While admittedly having apprehension to my first CrossFit class, I quickly fell in love with the sport and eventually achieved Level 1 trainer certification. I am thrilled to share the adventure with each of you."
